Property Damage/Bodily Injury Liability insurance coverage is required on all foreign vehicles driving in Mexico. It pays for damages to other person(s) and vehicle(s) involved in accidents caused by the insured, up to the limit of $500,000.

This policy covers medical expenses for the driver & occupants of the insured vehicle up to $15,000 per person, and $75,000 per accident. Motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs are excluded.

On a covered total loss or total theft, this will pay the difference between the actual cash value (ACV) of your vehicle and what you owe on a vehicle lease or loan, up to 15% above the vehicle's actual cash value. The physical damage deductible ($500) or theft deductible ($1000) will still apply. This coverage only applies when the insured amount of the vehicle, as listed on the declarations page, is equal to or greater than the Actual Cash Value of the vehicle.

Instead of Mexican labor rates, the Company will require at least two estimates and will pay the actual labor costs incurred in the USA or Canada, not to exceed $100 per hour for any type of vehicle. Vehicles will be considered a total loss at the option of the Company.
